Our Next Club Area Meeting
14th May 2017, The Jolly Farmers, Forncett St Peter
Next Club Event
Following an update to my outlook account last year I’ve been having some problems sending out group e mails.
I’ve had to split the clubs group e mail list into two lists to enable me to send you all the emails.
Recently I was contacted by a member to say that he hasn’t been receiving any e mails from me recently, on checking I’ve found that his email address wasn’t on the clubs emailing list anymore.
I’ve re-installed his email address in to my lists, but it had me wondering how many others may be missing.
After a couple of hours of sifting through my contacts I’ve found several members not on the club e mailing list. These have now been re-installed.
I’ve also found that I don’t have any e mail addresses for the following members.
Colin Pope, Gavin Bane and Tim New.
If your one of the above could you please send me an e mail? To [email protected] thank you.
Any members not attending any meets or shows with the club have now been removed from the clubs e mailing list.
If you feel that you are missing club e mails from me please let me know ASAP via [email protected]
To try help with this problem if it reoccurs I intend to number the emails this year.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this error that I don’t yet know the cause of.
There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding membership of the club.

Whitwell & Reepham station.
New for 2016 they are now holding this event at the Station twice a month for 2016, the second and fourth Wednesday of every month starting on 9th March 2016. The aim is getting as many people as possible to the Station with classic or kit cars, hot rods or anything special.
It appears to be a fine weather event only as it
has previously been called off due to rain so if anyone is travelling any
distance it might pay to check that it is still going ahead!
There is a superb atmosphere with lots of steam railway stuff to look at (if indeed that's your sort of thing) & a good selection of real ales.
Cars, ales/beers, food & big man toys...the perfect evening!
Please be aware these events are not planned in anyway by the East Anglian Kit car club, and therefore we take no responsibility for anything that may go wrong. I’m just making you aware of the events.
