The East Anglian kit Car Club

Mile of Triumhs 2008

Oh well it’s that time of the year again, our last show of the show season, that being the mile of Triumphs event at Fleggburgh. We have visited this show for a few years now and it never really gets any better, but it is a nice drive for most of us to visit, there were a good selection of cars to view and the atmosphere was great. I had to arrive late this year as I was working Friday night. I arrived at approximately 12.30 and was directed to the rest of the members from the club. Not as many of us as I had hoped, but all the same we had a great time. The weather really helped, allowing us to sit out and have a good chat and a ice cream or two. Late in the day we came across Gavin Bane. Gavin used to own a Robin Hood and was a member of the club. Last year he owned a rather nice Land rover but has now moved on to a Cobra replica. He promised to bring it along to one of our club for us to take a look at.

Roll on the new show season.
